ClearUPSC Oracle is designed to help aspirants study with continuity: saved briefs, recall attempts, answer feedback, and personal guidance should stay connected to the student account. This policy explains what information may be processed, why it is processed, and the controls available to users.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as name, email address, phone number where enabled, authentication status, and basic profile details. We also process learning activity such as saved briefs, opened news items, active recall responses, mains answers, evaluation results, feedback notes, weak-topic signals, and progress history.
How we use it
We use information to operate the service, personalize the dashboard, remember progress across sessions, generate mentor-style guidance, evaluate answers, detect repeated mistakes, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain security. We do not use private student activity to make official exam decisions or claims.
AI processing
Some features send relevant prompts, answers, or news context to AI model providers so that the product can generate explanations, feedback, summaries, and practice material. Users should avoid entering highly sensitive personal information into free-form prompts or answer boxes unless it is necessary for the learning task.
Service providers
We may rely on trusted infrastructure, authentication, database, analytics, email, hosting, payment, and AI providers to deliver the product. These providers process information only for operating, securing, improving, or supporting the service according to their own security and privacy commitments.
Cookies, logs, and diagnostics
The service may use cookies, local storage, session tokens, request logs, device/browser metadata, and diagnostic events to keep users signed in, protect accounts, measure reliability, understand feature performance, and investigate errors.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and learning data for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain progress history, comply with operational requirements, or resolve disputes. Users may request deletion of their account data through the support channel available in the product.
User choices
You can choose what to save, what to submit for AI feedback, and whether to continue using the service. If premium plans are introduced later, billing controls and subscription cancellation paths will be presented clearly before payment.
Children and exam preparation
ClearUPSC Oracle is intended for serious exam preparation and is not designed for children below the age at which they can lawfully create an online account in their region without guardian consent.

We may update this policy as the product evolves, including when new features, AI providers, payment systems, or account controls are added. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
