These terms govern use of ClearUPSC Oracle, an independent UPSC preparation platform that uses current affairs intelligence, AI-assisted explanation, active recall, and answer feedback to support learning. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and to verify official information independently.
Independent educational service
ClearUPSC Oracle provides study tools, news filtering, explanations, practice questions, recall prompts, mentor chat, and answer feedback for educational purposes. It is not a university, coaching certification body, government service, or official examination authority.
No UPSC affiliation
ClearUPSC Oracle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Union Public Service Commission or any government body. "UPSC" is used descriptively to identify the examination category for which the product is built.
No guarantee of results
The product may improve preparation discipline, understanding, revision, and answer-writing practice, but it does not guarantee selection, rank, score, interview call, or any exam outcome. User effort, official exam requirements, and independent judgement remain essential.
AI and content limitations
AI-generated explanations, evaluations, summaries, and predictions can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Users should verify facts, dates, laws, schemes, eligibility rules, official notifications, and exam instructions from primary sources before relying on them.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping account access secure, submitting lawful content, avoiding sensitive third-party information, and using feedback as a learning aid rather than as an official assessment. You should not attempt to bypass product safeguards or misuse the platform.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape the service at scale, reverse engineer protected systems, attempt unauthorized access, overload infrastructure, distribute malware, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, or use the product to violate any applicable law or rights of another person.
Subscriptions and payments
The product may introduce paid plans, premium limits, or subscription features later. Pricing, billing cycle, cancellation terms, refunds where applicable, and feature access will be shown clearly before purchase.
Intellectual property
The ClearUPSC Oracle brand, interface, workflows, generated product structures, and original site content belong to the operator or its licensors. Users retain responsibility for their own submitted answers, notes, and uploaded materials.
Service changes
Features may change as the product improves, including changes to AI models, ranking systems, mentor workflows, premium access, and dashboard design. We may update these terms when required by product, legal, operational, or security changes.
